Titre : Importance and impact of cross-cultural communication and management in international business : Mémoire Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : Robert James Oliver, Directeur de thèse ; Roopal Bhutt, Candidat Editeur : PSB Année de publication : 2016 Note générale : mémoire Langues : Anglais (eng) Mots-clés : Management International business Company growth Cross-Cultural understanding Organizational adaptability Index. décimale : 658.049 Entreprises internationales (gestion) Résumé : Today in the era of globalization many companies in different industries are expanding in order to find growth at a global level. Working in a different country brings in lots of challenges (technological, political, resources, etc.). Managing people could become a difficult task. So, here comes the need of cross culture management.
I will be using the Intercultural approach to compile my research and will consider cross culture management at a global level. My research will not be related to any particular industry. Also, I would cover in my research how Cross culture management contributes to the growth and productivity of the International business.
I chose this topic because of my keen interest in Cross culture management and communication. Also, I had some experience of this in my previous job. I am very much interested in exploring deeply the link between cross culture management and International business and the impact it has on the business.Importance and impact of cross-cultural communication and management in international business : Mémoire [texte imprimé] / Robert James Oliver, Directeur de thèse ; Roopal Bhutt, Candidat . - [S.l.] : PSB, 2016.
